How to Apply

STEP 2 Using the pads of your fingers, a blending brush or a makeup sponge, dab the lines of highlighter makeup to achieve naturally glowing skin.
STEP 3 Apply the highlighter stick on top of your lipstick and eyeshadow for an added glossy finish.
