We currently ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Remember to go big or go home — all orders over $49 ship for free!
How long till I get my Nudestix fix?
We offer two shipping speeds because sometimes, your perfect nude glam just can’t wait!
How can I track my purchase?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link via email so that you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep.
UK SHIPPING:
Your Nudestix beauty goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Nudestix Inc. to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/ebuyer agrees that Nudestix Inc. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Returns & Exchanges
Help! Can I return my product?
Of course, #BabeBoss!
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Product must be unused, complete with original packaging (tin, sharpener, cap and vellum paper). You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we have received the returned products. Please note, your original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
How do I return my order?
Simply pack your order back in its original packaging, take it to your local UPS, USPS or Fedex location and send it back to our return address! Make sure to get a tracking number when you return your order so that your package arrives without delay or complication.

The color wasn’t a match. What’s your exchange policy?
We want our Nudestix products to work for you. If you have received your product and the color does not work with your skin tone, feel free to exchange it for the correct shade!
We will accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving the order. Products must be unused, complete with original packaging (tin, sharpener, cap and vellum paper).

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Oops, my order wasn’t right. What now?
Our bad. If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, we are SO sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of everything. Email: hello@nudestix.com
Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?
Just drop the package off at any UPS, USPS or FedEx location. And don’t forget to get a tracking code!

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Sadly, no. At this time, you can only use one promo code at checkout.
Are Nudestix products going to work for my skin type?
We put a lot of care into our beauty products and are happy to offer easy-to-use makeup sticks that work with all skin types, including dry, sensitive, oily and mature skin. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, sulfates and phthalates to keep them totally natural and healthy for your skin.
Our products are also dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-tested, so they are safe for sensitive eyes and the most sensitive skin. Plus, we add in all the good stuff, like skin-saving vitamins and shea butter, for smooth and gentle application.
Will my Nudestix products ever expire?
While all our beauty products are formulated to never hit an expiration date and to never go out of style, it’s best to use your cosmetics within 3 years for maximum makeup quality.
Do you test on animals?
No. Way. All of our products are environmentally-conscious, not tested on animals, gluten-free and formulated with the most skin-loving ingredients.
How do I find the shades that are best for my skin tone?
All of our beauty products are made to work for all natural skin tones with both warm and cool undertones. To learn more, check out the swatch sampler that exists on all of our product pages.
