Sunkissed skin is always in! But if you’re anything like me, adding another step and another brush into your makeup routine is a total hassle. That’s why we are absolutely loving the NUDESTIX Bronzing pencil!
The bronzing pencil is the perfect “your skin but bronzier” product! It is a dual ended cream to powder pencil that features a MATTE end and a LUMINOUS end. The matte side is great for precision sculpting under the cheekbones, around the temples, jawline, nose—basically anywhere you would like to add definition. The luminous side is a warm shimmer that can be used on the high points of the face to lift and illuminate or anywhere you want to provide an all over glow (I even use it all over the lids).
Below is #babeboss and office intern Kayla, showing us how bronzing with the Bronzing Pencil is done.
STEP 1: Choose your shade. The Bronzing Pencil comes in 2 shades: Golden + Earth (for light to medium complexions) and Brown Sugar + Terra (medium to deep complexions).
STEP 2: Using the MATTE side of the pencil, bronze and sculpt the face. Kayla here is using the “3” technique, taking the pencil around the temples, under the cheekbones and under the jawline.
STEP 3: Blend. We prefer to use our fingers, but a brush works just fine too. Use sweeping motions for a sheered out look or patting motions to keep the product looking pigmented.
STEP 4: Taking the LUMINOUS side of the pencil, draw along the high points of the face to highlight.
STEP 5: Repeat step 3.
